We take great pride in only selling quality products that we would buy ourselves. All products are thoroughly checked for quality before reaching customers.

Products that are chipped, cracked, or excessively discoloured are immediately removed from our inventory.

We do not participate in “drop shipping” schemes. Many other online stores ship directly to customers from an overseas factory or warehouse. This causes long shipping times and the products are not properly checked for quality!

At Koncove, all our products are received, checked for quality, and shipped from Edmonton, Alberta.
