Shipping & Returns


All orders over CA$100 (before tax) are eligible for free shipping nationwide.

Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of CA$9.99 for shipping to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. All other provinces and territories are charged a flat rate of CA$14.99 for shipping.


All orders over CA$100 (before tax) are eligible for free shipping to the USA.

For orders containing only smaller items such as miniature decorations, a flat rate of CA$9.99 is charged for shipping. If your order contains larger items such as flower pots and terrariums, a flat rate of CA$14.99 is charged. 


For orders including only smaller items, a flat rate of CA$14.99 is charged for shipping. If your order contains larger items (flower pots and terrariums), a flat rate of CA$49.99 is charged.

We understand that the shipping for larger/heavier items is expensive for international destinations, however these are the rates charged by Canada Post. If you contact us prior to placing an international order, our staff will check if we can offer you a better rate for your specific items.

We typically ship orders the same day or the next business day. During periods of high volume or other circumstances your order may take longer to ship.

Domestic Orders (Canada)

All shipments are done through Canada Post and typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days. 

Some orders containing heavier items (such as ceramic pots) to Eastern Canada/Territories can take up to 7 business days to arrive. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Orders (including U.S.)

All orders shipped outside of Canada are typically sent by Canada Post “Small Packet – Air” which takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive.

In order to keep our shipping costs low, we typically do not provide tracking information for orders to the U.S.or international destinations, unless they are for a larger order. This does not affect the time it takes for the parcel to be delivered.

We sell and ship to all destinations, including international customers. For shipping costs, please see “how much do you charge for shipping” above.

Fragile items such as terrariums and pots are carefully packaged when they are shipped. In the unlikely event something arrives damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund as per our refund policies.

We are confident you will be fully satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day guarantee.

Once you receive your product, you have 14 days to initiate a return for a refund less any shipping costs paid. We provide free return shipping for all returns.

In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or broken, we will ship you a replacement or issue a credit.

All returns, refunds, and replacements are provided at our discretion and must be approved by our staff.

To start a return or refund, please send us a message on our contact page. Please make sure you include your order number.

Once approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how to return your parcel to our returns department in Edmonton, Alberta. We will provide you with a free return shipping label to return the parcel to us.

Note: All returns must be pre-approved and have a return authorization number issued by our staff. Any returns received without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.

Once your package has been received by our returns department in Edmonton, Alberta, it will be inspected and a return will be issued within 5 business days.
